I am committed to working with individuals who really want to do the work, and that means showing up each week.

The Benefits of Having a Private Practice Therapist

I offer highly specialized support in specific areas, and I’m dedicated to providing personalized, in-depth support as a private practice therapist. This means I work with a limited number of clients, allowing me to fully invest in each individual’s therapeutic journey.

By managing a small number of clients, I avoid burnout and devote 100% of my energy to the individuals I work with. My approach is designed to give you my undivided attention, free from the restrictions and timelines that often accompany insurance coverage.

Insurance companies typically determine coverage based on what they consider medically necessary, often placing limits on the number of sessions and requiring adherence to regulations more suited to physical health. Insurance companies take control of your healing journey and has limiting privacy.

Therapy, however, is a private, intimate journey meant to remain confidential. These limitations don’t align with the collaborative and personalized nature of therapy. When you work with me, your therapy experience is not confined by timelines, diagnoses, or labels.

I prioritize providing an exceptional level of care for each client I work with. During our sessions, you have my complete attention—no rushing, no distractions. I keep track of the important details in your life, like the people who matter and special dates.

This personalized approach is possible because I intentionally limit my caseload, allowing me to focus on each client without the pressure of juggling dozens of appointments. I simply cannot support and encourage you to live intentionally while neglecting my own health.

My choice to remain out-of-network with insurance providers is intentional. I believe in the value of therapy and I am committed to fostering meaningful connections with the amazing people I serve. By focusing on quality over quantity, I can help create healthier communities, nourish intimate relationships, and support your healing—while staying true to my values.

In short, I do not accept insurance, as this allows me to provide the focused, uninterrupted care that my clients deserve.

Your health is an investment. You are the only person who can determine how important that investment is to you.
