GET STARTED TODAY

  • Step One

Therapy is a very vulnerable process and requires that you feel comfortable with your group facilitator and our consultation helps you get started. The quickest way to get started is to book a 30-minute consultation below.

This consultation is designed to get a better sense of what you want and need in therapy, to assess how we can help, if group therapy is a good fit for you, and to answer any questions you might have about getting started. Together, we will decide how to move forward, if we are a good fit for you, you will be added as one of the group members.

  • Step Two

We will email you our online group intake assessment. Please complete the form thoroughly at least 2 weeks before our first group session on any tablet, smartphone or computer. The intake form takes about 25-30 minutes to complete, as it includes questions about your present concerns and relevant history to help your group therapist get to know you.

The intake form also serves as your written permission to engage in therapy. Sessions cannot start without the intake form being completed. Each group therapy session is 90-minute.

  • Step Three

The group will develop with members’ consistent participation. Research shows that people progress better when seen weekly. The therapeutic relationship and members participation are a core element of your progress, and it is important for you to attend group weekly.
